Nick’s career has been shaped in modular construction engaged in the manufacturing, construction and management of modular buildings.

As a pioneer in the modular construction business, Nick implemented innovative solutions for material sourcing and product development while establishing strategies for national and international market coverage, advanced global platforms for modular products, and led industry segments in a paradigm shift in construction methodology.

He was the first to develop an image of leadership in the modular construction market, offering products and services hand in hand to meet customer requirements: Design - Build - Financing of turnkey projects and formed partnerships with builders, developers, architects and engineers, creating innovative products and identifying new markets.

Nick spearheaded introduction of steel construction, engaged manufacturing sourcing, supply chain development and logistics, and became a major player in commercial, residential and hotel projects.
​
Nick has partnered with UrbanLabs and Nlinx to expand steel modular building to the US and globally and is dedicated to urban residential and commercial projects.

David has extensive experience in both commercial and residential developments with a focus on multi-family, mixed use, and corporate office projects. With a career spanning over two decades, David has made significant contributions to the architectural landscape in both Washington, DC, New York and beyond.

David's tenure with prestigious firms such as SBLM Architects, OTJ Architects, SK+I Architecture, and Rust Orling Architecture has solidified his reputation as a leader in the field. His time and experience with these top US firms has provided a solid foundation for his current practice. His work is characterized by a deep understanding of the built environment, where he applies strategic planning, extensive code expertise, and innovative design solutions to enhance property values and improve the overall quality of life and happiness for his clients.
